DELIVERY INFORMATIONS & SHIPPING COSTS

Most of our sunglasses are in stock or shipped within one week from order. In case delivery will be longer, we will ask you if you want to cancell your order and pending credit card payment or if you want to keep your order.

European Union and USA customers do not have to pay for custom duties. European Community price inclusive of VAT. For all other countries , we ship with a pro forma invoice, sample without commercial value, item not for resale, for personal use, Usd 10 value for custom clearence only. All sunglasses purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and all the documentation from the manufacturer or the official distributor.

All the items are well packed to avoid damages during the shipment.

Shipments can be arranged by UPS only to every corner of the globe.

With UPS we provide you with a tracking number so it is easy for you to track the package at every stage of the shipment.

UPS shipments are covered by insurance at no additional cost. Please check the sunglasses carefully when UPS deliver, in case they are damaged, you have to notify to UPS immediately and refuse the shipment. We will ship immediately another pair at no cost for you.

Please note: the "Usually ships in" time for each product is based on averages calculated on past orders. If the item is in stock it will be shipped during the next scheduled shipment, and 48-72 hours is the average time during each shipment.
You will be notified in case of a longer processing time.

The tariffs below do not include your country custom duties that must be paid for all goods imported from a foreign country.

Delivery time: Is the shipping time, after your order has been shipped. Sunglasses can be in stock for next day shipment or have to be ordered. In this case the average is 48 to 72 hours before we receive it and ship to you. For items not available for shipment within ten days, we will contact you first to know if you want to wait for your original order.
